VIVAL coaching is based on the CHEK Institute’s methods and approach to holistic health. This includes taking each individual through a specialized program tailored to their health and fitness needs whether it be getting out pain (think low back and knee!), performing in the gym, or being more resilient in their everyday life. CHEK professionals are taught to look at all aspects of an individuals life, uncovering the root cause of their ailment and to guide each client on a journey to help heal themselves.

Our Approach

By gathering information through questionnaires, assessments, and one-on-one discussions, we synthesize your information and evaluate your health to create a customized plan for your individual needs and goals. Each plan includes:

  1. A whole body assessment including joint range of motion (ROM), core function, posture, length tension relationships, and high level system functions.

  2. A personalized exercise program focused around your goals and findings in your assessments with 1-on-1 coaching.

  3. Access to online programing showing you each exercise, stretch, and mobilization.

  4. Dietary guidance around finding your individual diet that works for you!

  5. Holistic lifestyle coaching principles, integration techniques, tips, and tricks to incorporating sustainable habits into your daily life for daily stress management and revitalization.
